By accessing or using the Delta Wings website, submitting a booking request, purchasing any product or service, or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with all related company policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our website and services.
3. Amendments to These Terms
Delta Wings reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational, legal, regulatory, or business requirements.
Any updated version shall apply only to bookings, purchases, or services made after the effective date of the update and shall not affect bookings already confirmed, unless required by applicable law.
4. Governing Language
These Terms and Conditions are published in both Arabic and English.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
6. Permitted Use of the Website
The Delta Wings website may only be used for lawful purposes, including obtaining information, exploring our services, making bookings, and accessing products or services offered by the company.
Users may not use the website in any manner that could damage the company, its systems, its customers, or its business operations.

Users are also responsible for updating their information whenever necessary.
10. Responsibility for Submitted Information
Users bear full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of all information, documents, and materials submitted to Delta Wings.
Delta Wings shall not be liable for any loss, delay, rejection, additional costs, or damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information provided by the user.
Part Two: Bookings, Payments & Pricing
Bookings
1. Acceptance of Booking Requests
Delta Wings reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request based on operational capacity, service availability, airline seat availability, legal or regulatory requirements, safety considerations, or any other circumstances that may affect the company's ability to deliver the requested services.
2. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request, completing a booking form, or contacting Delta Wings does not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after all confirmation requirements have been fulfilled and an official confirmation has been issued by Delta Wings.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes legally binding only after:

4. Pricing Errors
In the event that a product or service is displayed with an incorrect price due to a technical, administrative, or human error, Delta Wings reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected booking request prior to confirmation.
If payment has already been received for such a booking request, Delta Wings will issue a full refund of the amount paid. No additional compensation or liability shall arise from such pricing errors.
5. Fraud Prevention
Delta Wings reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking where fraud, attempted fraud, unauthorized payment methods, suspicious transactions, or any unlawful activity is reasonably suspected or identified.
The company may also request additional verification before confirming any booking.
Payments
6. Accepted Payment Methods
Delta Wings accepts payment through the payment methods approved by the company from time to time, including online payment gateways, bank transfers, and cash payments where expressly authorized.
Payment options may vary depending on the product, service, customer type, or country.
7. Taxes & Payment Fees
Published prices may not include bank charges, payment gateway fees, government taxes, or other mandatory charges imposed by financial institutions or local authorities.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with their selected payment method unless otherwise stated.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, the booking shall not be considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully completed and accepted by Delta Wings.
9. Suspension of Services
Delta Wings reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse the delivery of any service until all outstanding payments have been received in full, in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.
10. Payment Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraud, Delta Wings may request additional documents or information to verify the identity of the payer or the legitimacy of a payment transaction before confirming a booking.
Pricing
11. Price Changes
Delta Wings reserves the right to modify its prices, packages, promotions, and service fees at any time before a booking has been officially confirmed.
12. Confirmed Booking Prices
Once a booking has been officially confirmed, the agreed price shall remain fixed.
However, additional charges may apply if the customer requests modifications, upgrades, additional services, or where new taxes, government fees, or mandatory charges are imposed after the booking confirmation and are beyond the company's control.
13. Promotions & Special Offers
Delta Wings may introduce, modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions, discounts, or special offers at any time in accordance with the specific terms applicable to each promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional changes shall not affect bookings that have already been confirmed
Part Three: Services & Liability
Services
1. Delivery of Services
Delta Wings is committed to providing the services described in the confirmed travel program and delivering them to the quality standards communicated to the customer, subject only to the exceptions set out in these Terms and Conditions and related company policies.
2. Changes to the Itinerary
Delta Wings reserves the right to modify the sequence, timing, or order of activities within the travel program whenever necessary for operational efficiency, safety reasons, weather conditions, government requirements, or other circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.
Such changes shall not affect the overall quality or intended experience of the travel program.
3. Substitution of Activities or Locations
Where circumstances beyond Delta Wings' control make it impossible or impractical to provide a scheduled activity or destination, the company may substitute it with a comparable alternative whenever reasonably possible.
Such substitutions shall not be considered a breach of contract.
4. Availability of Destinations and Attractions
Delta Wings does not guarantee that every destination, attraction, or activity included in the itinerary will always be available.
Access may be affected by weather conditions, natural events, government decisions, environmental restrictions, safety concerns, or other events beyond the company's control.
Customer Responsibilities
5. Compliance with Instructions
Customers are required to follow all reasonable instructions issued by tour leaders, guides, operational staff, or authorized representatives of Delta Wings relating to safety, security, logistics, and the proper execution of the travel program.
6. Responsibility for Damages
Customers are solely responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by their actions or negligence to other participants, company property, third-party property, or public facilities.
7. Removal from the Tour
Delta Wings reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior:

8. Travel Documentation
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, travel documents, health requirements, and any other legal travel requirements remain valid and compliant before and throughout their journey.
Limitation of Liability
9. Third-Party Decisions
Delta Wings is not responsible for decisions, actions, delays, cancellations, or requirements imposed by airlines, immigration authorities, customs authorities, government agencies, visa authorities, or any other third-party organizations beyond the company's control.
10. Personal Belongings
While Delta Wings will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating lost personal belongings whenever possible, the company accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal luggage or belongings.
11. Indirect or Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delta Wings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, future bookings, or other economic losses, unless such liability results from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the company where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Force Majeure
Where the performance of any service is delayed, interrupted, or prevented due to Force Majeure or circumstances beyond Delta Wings' reasonable control, the company will make reasonable efforts to identify fair and practical solutions that balance the interests of all parties.
Such efforts shall not constitute an admission of liability or create any obligation to provide compensation beyond what is required under applicable law or the company's published policies.
General Terms & Conditions
Part Four: Final Provisions
Intellectual Property
1. Ownership of Content
All content made available through the Delta Wings website and digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, graphics, designs, documents, travel guides, databases, software, marketing materials, and any other content, is the exclusive property of Delta Wings or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Permitted Use
No content published by Delta Wings may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, transmitted, sold, licensed, or otherwise used for commercial or public purposes without the company's prior written consent.
Privacy
3. Privacy Policy
The Delta Wings Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with this Agreement.
4. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy
